For over 12 years we have offered what we call “the key holder program” for CD/TG’s,
who have a need for storage and changing space.

This is in a clean, safe, and attractive environment.
Each “key holder” has 24 hour access to the CDI apartment. Convenient to Midtown,
our apartment also is equipped with a private backyard garden.
We often BBQ here during the warm weather season. Being a key holder also provides a wonderful way to meet
and socialize with other CD’s/TG’s. Your yearly membership in CDI is included as well.
